KAÏA Olive Oil

Rooted in the fifth-generation Ben Romdane family estate in Mahdia, Tunisia, KAÏA revives a family tradition of olive cultivation with a certified organic, single-origin extra virgin olive oil. Produced exclusively from 100% heirloom Chemlali olives grown on centennial trees, it reflects the distinctive character of the Mediterranean landscape and generations of farming knowledge.

The olives are handpicked as they begin to turn from green to purple and cold-pressed on the very same day to preserve their freshness and natural qualities. Low in acidity, the oil reveals balanced notes of green almond, nuts and ripe tomato, finished with a subtle peppery spice and virtually no bitterness.
